Delivery Tracking
After placing your order, you’ll receive email confirmations at two key stages:
● When we’ve successfully received your order.
● When your order has been dispatched for delivery.
Delivery Timeline
You can expect to receive your goods within 7-10 working days from the date of order confirmation. (A working day refers to any weekday that is not a weekend).
Shipping Address
Should you desire to send a wearable as a gift to another address, you can furnish us with the alternative address details during the ordering process.
If the name associated with the delivery address differs from that of the billing address, the invoice will be sent to the billing address.
Receiving Goods
All items are dispatched via UPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on your location, ensuring efficient and secure delivery worldwide. Delivery services may vary based on your location and preferences. If there’s no one available to receive the package, the respective courier service will provide options to schedule a redelivery or collect the parcel from the nearest collection depot.
